Everyone in our group of 12 had a blast and ages ranged from the 18 month old to 70+. The people are SO friendly. They have a huge pool and a water park that is not to be believed unless you see it. Also the lifeguards were spot on, the rooms are lovely, and the food is really good. We have gone to a number of all inclusives (mostly in Mexico but the DR too) and this has to be in our top 2! There’s an adult side (Hyatt Zilara) that adults can have dinner at – no kids. There is a kids clubs at Ziva and they offer babysitting, neither of which we took advantage of. The beach is long and clean and they have a sort of retaining wall quite a ways out which keeps the beach from eroding and it’s only about (adult) chest high at the deepest. And, no, I don’t work for Hyatt, it’s just truly an spectacular resort for families.
