If you’ve been reading for any length of time, you may have garnered by now that my love for Caitlin Flemming‘s work runs deep. The way she designs a lived in space is absolute magic. I’ve followed her blog, Sacramento Street, since the begining (I’m fairly confident she was number one on my blogroll even back then – ha. Do you remember blogrolls?). And, over the years, I’ve featured more of her work in this house envy vertical than perhaps any other designer out there. I just find her approach to design incredibly refreshing. Her spaces always just feel perfectly lived in. Layered, as if each piece has been slowly yet meticulously collected over time. Yet somehow it all feels effortless? They’re filled with pattern and texture and interest, yet they’re somehow not overly done. It’s design perfection as far as I’m concerned, and her new apartment is of no exception.

Absolutely love it! It’s so cosy yet aesthetically clean! Must know what Picasso book that is? Please? Thanks!
I unfortunately don’t recognize it but if I ever stumble upon it I’ll definitely share!
