Summer Ready

I has officially been raining relentlessly almost two solid weeks up here in Toronto. I won’t lie, the grey days have slowly begun to gnaw at my psyche, but I’ve discovered a few little tricks to get me through. Hot tea, taking advantage of the chance to organize every square inch of our home, and a serious dose of sunshine via Pinterest have been the name of my game as of late. For some reason, daydreaming about the warm months that lay ahead has been the best thing for my current state of mind, and the minute I stumbled upon this lovely little home tour it was like someone hit the reset button. Between the sun filled rooms, the backyard of my dreams, and the prettiest kitchen I ever did see, it was all I could do to not pin every last image. And until the sun decides to show its face more permanently around here, I’ll be over here soaking it in virtually.
