These are very good questions! I’ve purchased quite a few sofas online and haven’t had any issues so far. My biggest tip would be to only purchase from a company that has a solid return policy though. I like to do a ton of research before hand, always making sure to read reviews and comments etc etc – but you’re ultimately taking a risk! Most companies that provide sofas online do accept returns – and they make it pretty easy and seamless if it isn’t quite right

Does it meet expectations or is it too stiff or soft or deep or shallow or anything else. So did this sectional work for you?
