I officially have Ivy’s nursery photos in hand and, at this risk of overdoing it, they made me weep with joy (I am such a ball of emotions these days – motherhood is no joke). I truly cannot wait to share every last corner… But before I do, I thought it’d be helpful to share her nursery plan. As I mentioned in last week’s post (here!), Ivy’s nursery was largely inspired by the nursery in the “Father of the Bride” movie from eons ago. I instantly fell in love with the almost saccharinely sweet space, and when I found out we were having a girl I simply couldn’t help myself and decided to go full tilt in her room. I really wanted a pretty space that evoked a sense of calm. Following is the original plan…
